The HYT TC-518 has 16 channels, CTCSS/CDCSS Encode and Decode and can be programmed with either wide or narrow band spacing. The HYT TC-518 has built in voice scrambling. The HYT TC-518 can be programmed for use with a repeater. The radio has busy channel lockout, battery save, scanning and is switchable high/low power.
